what we do

The vision of the Lake Forest Park PTA is to promote high standards for the education and welfare of the children in the Lake Forest Park Elementary School community and the larger Shoreline School District community. We strive to:

• Promote and support enrichment opportunities for the education, health and safety of students, staff and parents.

• Encourage family involvement in PTA, Lake Forest Park Elementary School and community activities.

• Advocate for the care and education of children and keep our membership and community informed regarding legislative issues.

• Strengthen involvement and outreach with other schools and the larger community.

• Create a safe learning environment for all children.

We are proud of how many wonderful events and programs we are able to sponsor thanks to generous donations from parents! After-school enrichment classes, the Dolphin dance, movie nights, science discovery night and many more are put on by the PTA.
