2 folders with pockets on the bottom

3 Mead composition notebooks, wide-ruled, 100 pages, sewn edge 9 ¾ x 7 ½” size

FIFTH GRADE SUPPLY LIST:

3 pack of Mead Composition notebooks

200 sheets of notebook paper, wide-ruled, hole punched

1 1 ½ inch binder with pockets and three rings

2 dozen #2 pencils Dixon Ticonderoga

2 red pencils

2 extra fine tipped black Sharpie markers

1 yellow highlighter

1 pair of scissors with a sharp cutting edge

1 large box of Kleenex tissue

Pencil top erasers 12 pack

2 black dry erase markers

1 box of Crayola markers

Pocket folders with prongs one each of red, blue, yellow, purple and green

A-L last name:  one ream of 8 ½ x 11 white multi-purpose paper

M-R last name:  one box of Clorox disinfecting wipes

S-Z last name:  one box of anti-bacterial hand wipes

Band and Orchestra students will need 1 ½” 3 ring binder and 2 pencils to be kept in instrument case.

 

SIXTH GRADE SUPPLY LIST:

1 binder 1 ½” with 3 metal rings

plastic or fabric pencil pouch, 3 hole, zippered (no pencil boxes)

1 package (200 sheets) white notebook paper, 3 hole punched, college ruled

3 separate spiral notebooks – 8 ½ x 11, 70 sheet minimum, college ruled

3 boxes of (12 each) #2 Dixon Ticonderoga pencils

1 Kleenex box

1 ruler (metric and inches 12”) please label

Scissors

1 box Crayola colored pencils (24 count)

4 white gluesticks

Flash drive (1 GB is fine)
