Spring Auction Items Needed

posted Dec 5, 2011 10:47 PM by Lesa Cole

Greetings,

The Lake Forest Park Elementary PTA is hosting an Auction Fundraiser on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at the Lake Forest Park Civic Club.  We are writing to request your help in raising funds to support our organization and the children of Lake Forest Park Elementary, by donating goods and/or services to our event.  Your donations will facilitate our school’s aspiration to maintain its high academic and social responsibility standards while enriching our neighborhood and community.

Your donation is a great opportunity to showcase your products and services to the families who attend our auction.  Our families are part of your community.  Your name will be featured in our auction program, our newsletter and on our website.

By choosing to donate, you will assist the Lake Forest Park PTA in reaching this year’s goal of $21,000. The money raised will help fund activities, events and programs such as, assemblies, science and reading nights, classroom supplies and field trips as well as community outreach and staff appreciation. We ask that you please respond by February 15, 2012. A donation form is enclosed, along with a self-addressed envelope.

In the fall of 2010 our Auction Fundraiser was a huge success. Donor contributions enabled us to fund educational programs, offer supplemental financial aid for our student enrichment programs, and provide needed resources for our General Fund.

The students and staff of Lake Forest Park Elementary School are grateful for your time and consideration. The Lake Forest Park Elementary School PTA is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This means all donations are tax deductible. Should you choose to donate, a thank you letter, along with out tax id#, will be furnished to you at the conclusion of the auction.

Thank you in advance for considering donating to our worthy cause. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us at waysandmeans@lfppta.org.

Sincerely,
Jeana and Suzie
